Arbitrator
Arbitration is the process of using an Arbitrator to settle a dispute. Arbitration is a form of alternative dispute resolution to help parties come to an agreement and make a binding resolution of the dispute.
Parties choose an Arbitrator to settle a dispute rather than go to court and many legal contracts dictate the use of Arbitrator to settle disagreements.
Arbitration can only work if both parties can come to an agreement.
With over 19 years of experience, Judge Jim Hill – of Council has the ability of dealing with disputes and delicately leading both parties to an amiable solution and agreement.
